Merciar (Stelciar subtype)
Merciar are a mermaid-like subtype of Stelciar. Unlike regular Stelciar, they have two front legs and a fish-like lower body. Their main role in the Colsentia Universe is as guardians of the deep sea, where the souls of the departed rest.
Habitat
Merciar primarily live in the sunlight-twilight zone of the ocean, but they can dive into the midnight zone when needed.
Anatomy
Mercier has a mix of fur and scales on their upper body, with the scales clearly visible. Instead of regular wings, their wings have transformed into fins, called fin wings. Every Merciar must have at least one pair of fin wings at the end of their tail. Like regular Stelciar, their fin wings also contain a core layer and a flame Layer.
Landform
Mercier possesses the ability to transform into a landform to make it easier to participate in land-based events. Their landform differs from that of normal Stelciar, as they retain their fin wings and fish tails instead of the flame-covered tails typical of regular Stelciar. (Only the main form of Merciar needs to be registered on the ML, the Merciar’s land form does not require registration.)
