A special breeding item, only obtainable from the Matchbox, which can be acquired by completing the main prompt during the annual breeding event. 

This item allows two Stelciar to combine their tail flames and produce one litter of baby Stelciar.

Description: Shimmering remnants of comet shards, pounded into a fine powder. When a Stelciar tosses comet dust, to human eyes, it will appear like a meteor shower.

Used as event currency for the annual Stelciar breeding event!
