General Rules
- Do not attempt to scam people in this group
- Do not create design of sell unless you are Guest Artist
- Do not draw/ post/create/sell/buy unofficial Phosray/Stelciar
- Do not create multiple accounts to participate in any event. If we find out will result in a permanent ban from the species and void all of your current characters. Using friends, relatives, or any other account to gain an advantage in items/currency for your own gain is also counted as a bannable offense.
- Do not use AI to generate imagery or writing for any group related prompts
- Do not use art (both drawing and writing) created or commissioned by someone else, all art has to be done by the user submitting the prompt
- Do not sell Colsentia items for real life currency
Right
- Phosray/Stelciar are closed species by Fumi03
- Only owner and Guest Artist have right to create Phosray /Stelciar adopt
Owning a Phosray / Stelciar
- You can create name and personality for them
- Access to Phosray/Stelciar-only event
- Minor changes are allowed. They must still resemble the original design. The main concept and traits of the adopt must still be present
- Any redesign must be approve from owner or moderator
- Any redesign approvals must be notes to the Phosray/Stelciar masterlist account
- Your account must be 4 months old
- Commercial used is NOT allowed. You are not allow to make profit from phosray/Stelciar in any shape or from
- Co-owning is allowed but the primary owner is only one allowed to determine sale/trade or change ownership. If two owner split their value (50/50) secondly owner is allowed sale/trade or change ownership but only for 50% amount that they pay
- We are not responsible for any Phosray/Stelciar you purchase/get from scammed. You are responsible to get your money back. Please use Phosray Masterlist to check who own Phosray/Stelciar before re making receive/trade from another
Trading / Resell
- When trading or receiving a design, you should always check the official masterlist and transfer the character over the character page
- Any Phosray/Stelciar MUST be on the Phosray Masterlist or Stelciar Masterlist account before being able to trade/sell/gift.
- Base value shwon on the masterlist is how much a Phosray/Stelciar was originally bought. The base value will never change even if reselling the character for less. Base value is not the original sale price + commissioned artwork
- You can resell a Phosray/Stelciar for their base value + commission value, but have to show the buyer only proof of the artworks being commissioned for that price when asked for it
- It is the buyers responsibility to check for proof of bought commissions, Colsentia staff can be contacted when the seller refuses
- Free or MYO Phosray/Stelciar with base value of 0$ are not allowed to be sold unless you have commissioned artwork or upgrades for them
- Phosray/Stelciar can be traded for vouchers. However,Phosray/Stelciar does not take on the value of it’s voucher
- You can not gift/trade your MYO if it has not been approved for a month
- If you sold you MYO/Phosray/Stelciar with a higher price than it is worth and don’t refund the person after we ask. You will be put on Blacklist
MYO / Alternate Form

For Stelciar, a higher rarity MYO means you can use tail and wing traits upon the rarity you bought. All mutations need to be upgraded using items.

For Phosray, a higher rarity MYO means you can use any trait upon the rarity you bought. You can use a maximum of 3 (non-common rarity) traits upon the completion of a MYO/Custom Phosray. Potions can be used to exceed the maximum traits that are reached.
- You can only create 1 Phosray/Stelciar per 1 slot
- You may pay someone to design your Phosray/Stelciar. It will add to the base value
- All MYOs must be approved before you upload them to any social media platform
- You can use your personal pre-existing OC into MYO or custom Phosray/Stelciar if you are in ownership.
- You can make alternate forms of your Phosray/Stelciar if you are in ownership. This includes if you got Phosray/Stelciar from MYO or premade designs by guest artists, and want to make alternate forms of them—for instance, anthro, humanoid, other species, and one-offs. Alternate forms of other closed and open species are fine, but you must provide permission or MYO to confirm that you were allowed. Nevertheless, alternate forms will NOT involve Phosray /Stelciar stories and lore, also CANNOT use Phosray/Stelciar traits on those designs.
- For Alternate forms. If one design is sold, both designs must be sold. Alternate forms will be registered in masterlist
- You are NOT allowed to use designs based on official copyright characters, designs containing trademarked names or logo , other characters, or trace heavily/ referencing existing designs.
- You are NOT allowed to create offensive designs (Ext. Racism, Homophobia,drug)
- You can use bases but please credit based artist
Redesigning
- Only minor changes are allowed
- Buying add-ons or upgrade traits, you must redraw your Phosray/Stelciar to update in masterlist. The new design must still resemble the original design.
Voided Character
- Members are allowed to void their characters at any time without the mod team's or anyone else's permission
- A new MYO slot must be acquired by the current owner in order to bring the design back to the Species
- Voided characters can no longer be associated with Colsentia such as trait, story and any activity
- Voided character will be lost Phosray’s/Stelciar's based price. Only the design price remains.
- If you are displaying Phosray/Stelciar art on a public website such as Toyhouse, you must label “ Voided from Phosray/Stelciar.” to avoid other users thinking that the character still parts with Phosray/Stelciar CS
- You can comment voiding characters in their masterlist once you have decided to void your character
