WHAT IS COLSENTIA?
Far beyond the skies, lies a radiant dimension, hidden from view. Colsentia, a world existing in a parallel dimension to earth. It exists as a vast space overlapping the human realm, yet the two are unable to interact with each other. Colsentia serves as a heavenly resting place for the Stelciar, and a home for the Phosray. To reach Colsentia, one must pass through the River of Life, where countless souls journey through to get to their final resting place.
Colsentia consists of two large continents. Each continent features varied landscapes, including lush green meadows, towering snow-capped mountains, countless rivers and streams, expansive ocean bays, and unexplored areas. One notable feature of Colsentia is the Crystal of Light, a source of pure energy for the Stelciar. This crystal's energy creates a protective barrier that keeps the Void from invading easily—though no Stelciar knows how long the barrier will hold.
Currently, the continent known to the Stelciar and Phosray is the "Eastern Continent," where they live for most of the time. For some unknown reason, the existence of the "Western Continent" has been completely forgotten by the Stelciar.
Life for the Stelciar and Phosray is peaceful and harmonious. They build small homes from wood, cloth, vines, and stone, claim trees to sharpen their claws, or grow small gardens with plants never before seen in the human world.
Although Stelciar and Phosray live scattered all throughout the Eastern Continent. There are still several important landmarks that all Colsentians know.

Differences Between Stelciar and PhosrayWhile Stelciars remain unseen by Earthlings, Phosrays are a species widely recognized among humans. Similar to familiar animals, Phosrays are regarded as a newfound species discovered within the ocean. Their humanoid features have led humanity to refrain from hunting or breeding them for consumption. Instead, Phosrays are safeguarded under global wildlife regulations, with the belief that harming them contradicts the principles of compassion. Unfortunately, despite these protective measures, illegal trade of Phosrays still persists in certain regions through underground markets. |
Earthlings Who See the Soul
Stelciars and Voids are both ethereal entities. For the most part, they elude the perception of Earthlings, though there are exceptions. Instances include when a Void holds considerable strength or during a lunar eclipse. People identifying as psychic, mediumistic, or those possessing a sixth sense might catch sight of a Void. Occasionally, even individuals without these special abilities could briefly glimpse a Void passing by. Those who've encountered Voids previously might develop the capacity to "see" things that evade normal sight, enabling them to perceive Stelciars as well. Despite this, the opportunity for such powers to manifest remains restricted, with less than 1% of humans being able to attain them. Stelciar occassionally go back to their old lives to check on their loved ones. When a human sees an old pet from the corner of their eye, is usually seeing a small glimpse of their beloved pet as a Stelciar. It takes a lot of energy for a Stelciar to allow themselves to be seen, and will need to rest for quite a while after.
Void - The Light Eaters
Voids are formidable predators existing within the realm of Colsentia. They pose as the ultimate adversaries for both Stelciars and Phosrays, occasionally impacting humans as well.Voids materialize as amorphous, shadowy substances. They usually initiate as minor entities but can amalgamate into larger clusters of matter over time, heightening their danger. Their remarkable trait lies in their ability to morph into a person's deepest fears. Generally unseen by human eyes, a Void can intensify to a visible form if it has absorbed enough light, becoming potent enough to harm humans.Nonetheless, Voids are not fixated on flesh and blood; their interest lies in "light," encompassing hope, benevolence, and strong resolve. Lacking this light, as it fades upon separation from a Stelciar, Voids persist as vengeful spirits, resistant to tranquility, and unwilling to descend into the ocean's depths. Their pursuit revolves around the chase for light—be it firelight, electrical illumination, radiance from Phosrays or Stelciars, or even emanations from energized humans.Key Targets for Voids:
- Energies of Goodwill
- The determination within Phosray's radiance
- Flames of Hope
This fixation drives Voids to pursue Phosrays, sometimes mistaking electricity for light. On occasion, their misguided consumption of electronic devices inadvertently triggers short circuits, shocks, or power outages among humans.
