Species

Stelciars are ethereal entities in the mystical realm of Colsentia, existing as guardians for departed souls. Invisible to most Earthlings, Stelciars become visible to those with a sixth sense or/and during specific circumstances, such as a lunar eclipse or encounters with strong Voids. With a duty to care for souls, they engage in a cosmic struggle against Voids, shadow entities that seek to consume light. Stelciars often intervene to protect Phosrays, humanoid sea creatures born from the remnants of souls' determination and hope. 

Phosrays are semi-aquatic beings. They possess two distinct forms: the tiny, Day Form and the humanoid Night Form, which emerges after absorbing sunlight. Phosrays can live on land, using their ray wings for gliding, but extended time on land risks their health. Born from the union of plankton and the Determination of a soul, Phosrays absorb sunlight instead of consuming food. Their tail water glows like bioluminescent plankton, and they face dangers from predators and human activities.

Voids are corrupted souls that refuse to find peace in the afterlife. They are formidable, shadowy entities with the ability to shape-shift and consume light. Originating as small, dark matter, they can amalgamate into larger, more dangerous forms over time. Voids feed on various sources of light, including hope, goodwill, and determination found in Phosrays and other beings. They are usually invisible to earthing, only Stelciar and Phosray see it. Voids are not interested in the flesh but crave the metaphorical "light" embodied in positive energies. Their pursuit of light leads to conflicts with Stelciars and Phosrays, making them powerful adversaries in the cosmic struggle for balance.
