Queen crown (Star Monarch festival)

The individual crowned with the Queen’s Crown stands beside the Monarch of Nebula Island. The Queen shares in the sacred responsibility of spreading comet dust, working alongside the Monarch to ensure the magic of love reaches all corners of the Earth.
