The individual who gathers the highest amount of comet dust is crowned the Monarch of Nebula Island for that year. This honored Monarch is entrusted with the special duty of leading the Stelciar and Phosray in the sacred mission of spreading comet dust across the world, ensuring that the magic of love reaches every living being on Earth.
