As the first rays of February's moonlight caress Nebula Island, Stelciar and Phosray go on a journey to gather comet shards. The shards, scattered across the island's landscape and, for some, hidden beneath the waves, were said to possess the power to bestow blessings and good fortune in love upon any living being. Both Stelciar and Phosray navigate the island's enchanting terrain. Each step bringing them closer to the shimmering fragments. The air hums with anticipation of the annual event that unfolds once a year during the fleeting months of February and March. |

The comet shards, requiring the nurturing touch of moonlight to amplify their mystical energy, awaited their seekers. Both Phosray and Stelciar, guided by the gentle glow of the moon, will embark on a quest of love Equipped with tools to carefully extract the shards, Stelciar and Phosray grind down the shards, transformative energy enveloping them, turning the fragments into comet dust. The completion of this process marks the commencement of the Star Monarch Festival, a celebration unique to Nebula Island. |

At the festival, the currency of choice is the precious comet dust. Participants can only acquire festival items by trading in their comet dust. Those who struggled to find comet shards have the opportunity to set up booths, allowing them to compete for the title of Monarch of Nebula Island. The highlight of the festival was the crowning ceremony. Whoever had amassed the most comet dust would be honored as that year's Monarch of Nebula Island. The crowned Monarch earned the privilege of leading all the Stelciar and Phosray in the grand task of spreading comet dust across the world, ensuring that the magic of love touched every living being on Earth. When the Stelciar took to the stage, tossing comet dust into the sky, to human eyes, it manifests as a spectacular meteor shower. The night sky will then be illuminated with the radiant trails of love-infused dust, enchanting those who witnessed the celestial display. With the festival's end, Nebula Island will disappear, patiently awaiting its emergence next year. The legacy will continue on as a new Monarch would be crowned, ensuring that the celestial tradition endured, and the enchanting meteor showers of love graced the Earth year after year. |

Stelciar Breeding Cycle

Stelciar typically do not place significant importance on inheritance, and unlike regular cats, they do not adhere to breeding seasons. Instead, when a Stelciar grinds comet shards and tosses them, some of the comet dust may hit them. This peculiar practice is believed to enhance a Stelciar's luck and deepen their affection for their partner.
Regarding luck, Stelciar usually travel the world for their soul guidance, and as a result, some may never find a partner. However, this special event brings everyone together in one place, creating an opportunity for individuals to connect and potentially find a mate.

A baby Stelciar cannot have a trait that neither parents possess. If a baby Stelciar does not inherit a higher rarity trait from either parent, the trait defaults to a common trait.
To increase the chances of a baby Stelciar inheriting a higher rarity trait, a booster potion can be used to boost the percentage of the trait that the baby is able to have. So, booster potions can only be used to boost the chances of traits being passed down that the parent Stelciar already have.
