Friend in need

Lumeria rushed to get the medicine down to the tent where all the hurt and injured stelciar and Phosray were currently resting to get most of their energy back from the fights against the void creatures. It was a rough and grueling fight where all of them poured as much energy as they could to push back the waves of darkness.

As he got there, he could see another stelciar friend tending to the minor wounds that needed wrapping. He dropped the supply down in front of the tents before going inside to find his friend.

“Stardusts! Do you need any help?” Lumeria jogged up to her as she finished treating the small Phosray, cutting the white fabric with her sharp claws. The little phosray curiously waved around their arms before giving a healthy thumbs up.

Stardusts smiled at them before ushering the phosray to go find somewhere quiet to sit. She then turned towards her purple stelciar friend. He looked a bit tired, but still ready to help a friend in need.

“Nope, I’m good. What about you? Do you need to rest for a bit?”

“That would be nice.”

She nudged Lumeria to go sit in the medical bay for a quick check up. Some minor cuts from barrelling through the woods, but other than that everything seemed alright. She gave him a green light to leave, but not before giving him some berries for his empty stomach.

“I think we need some more painkillers. Can you get those for me please, Lumeria?”

Lumeria determinedly nodded.

“Sure! I can do that. Also, if you see Nebula say hello to him too?”

He shuffled his paws as he talked about the other stelciar as Stardusts let out a small laugh then she smiled, “He’ll be fine. Nebula is the strongest out of us three, but I’ll be sure to say hello to him when I see the rowdy stelciar.”

“Thanks! Off I go.”

Lumeria started to walk out of the tent when Stardusts suddenly stopped him with her paw gently on his back.

“Be careful when you go through the woods.” She looks worried for him. Maybe because of his smaller stature? He’ll be fine though since he went through the path almost five times with no major incident so far to deliver the goodies.

“I will. Don’t worry about it, Stardusts.”
